Companies are invited to participate as Sponsors and Exhibitors. ILDS gathers the "Who’s Who" in the arena of Interlending and Document Supply services provided by the libraries around the world, as well as service providers who are interested in new projects/initiatives and approaches in the Interlending and Document supply developments. Between 200 to 250 delegates are expected to attend. Becoming a sponsor will give you the exposure and access to decision makers from all library sectors from all parts of the world.
As a sponsor, you will have the opportunity to network and meet a targeted group of local, regional and international delegates as well as explore business opportunities.
There are two levels of sponsorship:
Platinum and Gold sponsorship opportunities include a complimentary trade exhibit desk and at least two complimentary conference registration, as well as many other benefits.

Trade exhibition
The trade exhibition will open on the first day of the conference at the
morning tea break on Monday 29 October, and close after lunch break on Wednesday
31 October. The trade exhibition area is just outside the conference venue,
where all papers will be presented. Morning and afternoon tea as well as
lunch will be served within the exhibition area.
Please note that trade exhibitors will not get a "trade booth".
Each exhibitor will be given a small, dressed table and two chairs. There
is room for exhibitors to have a standee banner next to their table. Power
and internet access will be provided.
