Zhou Chenyao, female, born at August 1981, graduated from East China Normal University (major: information science) has been working in Document Supply Center in Shanghai Library since July 2003.

Abstract

The paper gives a brief introduction of document supply service in Shanghai Library, including the development of document supply service, the service scope, service model, etc. In addition, the authors compare the document service between Shanghai Library and other document service institutions in China, and put forward how to face the challenges in the future.
